»Trailblazers for Europe? German-Italian Economic Relations in the Modern Era«
2017-2019

In this lecture series, the Forschungskolleg Humanwissenschaften in cooperation with the Werner Reimers Stiftung and the Villa Vigoni – German-Italian Center for European Excellence will highlight the long tradition of German-Italian relations. The series will focus in particular on the economic relations between Frankfurt and Milan as well as between the Rhine-Main region and Lombardy.

The lecture series will be funded by the Polytechnic Foundation of Frankfurt am Main, the Frankfurter Stiftung für Deutsch-Italienische Studien, the Deutsch-Italienischen Vereinigung and the law firm Dolce Lauda and is under the patronage of the Consulate General of Italy in Frankfurt am Main.
